Equipped with the latest IP telephony, built-in voice recording, firewall, redundancy system and a customised CRM. With Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) capability to unifying our telephony with CRM, we are able to achieve increased productivity and improved First Call Resolution (FCR).

Changi Contact Centre

Located at Upper Changi Road North, we operate and manage a 100-seat contact centre.
