The Service Partnerships programme develops your capability to manage partnerships for service excellence. Learners are exposed to the concept of design thinking to address performance gaps and personalise the customer experience to enhance relationships. The programme runs over 16 hours of classroom training and leads to a WSQ Statement of Attainment.
Professionals who manage service partners, vendors or outsourced service providers, and anyone responsible for partnership performance at the workplace.
