Agape began as a contact centre with a clear mission: to provide a new lease of life and a beacon of hope for those often left behind. From inmates in Changi Prison to single mothers, persons with disabilities, and ex-offenders we believe everyone deserves a second chance.
In April 2021, Agape became a LifeSkills partner of Barclays and launched a dedicated training and job placement centre. This initiative expanded our reach, enabling us to support more individuals from underserved communities in re-entering the workforce with confidence.
Today, Agape is proud to be an Approved SkillsFuture Training Partner, delivering transformation programmes that instill a growth mindset, build job readiness, and offer up to 12 months of post-employment mentoring.
Through a strong and growing network of inclusive employer partners, our participants are placed into meaningful roles that help them rebuild their lives and contribute to society.
Our growth has been made possible by visionary partners and believers most notably Garden Impact Fund, whose early investment helped turn our mission into a sustainable social enterprise.
To date, over 2,700 lives have been directly impacted and through them, many more in their families and communities.
