Course Overview

The Innovative Customer Experience programme provides the knowledge and techniques to create innovative customer experiences. Using human-centred design thinking, learners will be able to apply this approach to engage and enhance customer relationships. The programme runs over 16 hours of classroom training and leads to a WSQ Statement of Attainment.

Entry Requirements

Secondary education without an ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level pass, OR WSQ ES WPLN Level 4 and above
